The building lies in the heart of Cork city, nestled behind Cork College of Commerce, between the Cork RTE building and the rear of Father Matthew Hall.

A very fine 4-storey brick Victorian mill was refurbished and a contemporary extension added. A long and narrow passageway was restored linking the original buildings to Father Matthew Quay.

This project was completed in 2001.
