A major 4-star hotel development, this project involved the construction of a new building which linked to an existing protected structure. This existing structure was refurbished as an integral part of the Hotel.

This project was completed in December 2005 and compromises a full range of facilities including 80 luxury bedrooms, function rooms, meeting rooms, dining area, a carvery bar, kitchens, spa, leisure centre and 25m² swimming pool.
