No. 49 South Mall was re-ordered & refurbished internally to create good modern working conditions within an existing shell.

In addition to this, the existing annexe to the rear was demolished and a modern 800m² four-storey office building was constructed over ground floor parking, with a link to the existing building at ground floor. An internal atrium was incorporated to enhance the natural lighting levels and amenity in the open plan area.

This project was completed in 2005.
